Reach Out (Prayer & Guidance)

This page is for when you don’t just want an article — you want someone to read what you’re carrying, pray, and respond with care when possible. If you’re anxious, ashamed, confused, or exhausted, you’re not “too much.” Jesus already knows the real story. Bringing it into the light is part of how He heals.

You can share a prayer request, a short version of your story, or the main question you can’t shake. If your message is better suited for the public Q&A section, you can also use: Real Questions.

You don’t have to perform here. You can be honest. You can be messy. You can be tired. The point is not to impress God — it’s to come to Him.

What this page is for

“Reach Out” is for moments like:

Prayer requests
Fear, anxiety, family pressure, addiction cycles, grief, spiritual warfare, loneliness, confusion — the real stuff you’re living inside.
Guidance & next steps
When you’re trying to follow Jesus but don’t know what to do next — or you feel stuck in the same cycle.
“Is God mad at me?” moments
Shame, condemnation, and that heavy feeling that makes you want to run from God instead of toward Him.
Sharing your story
Sometimes the first step is simply telling the truth. Light breaks the power of hidden things.
“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee…”
— Psalm 55:22 (KJV)

If you are in danger or feel unsafe with yourself

This site is here for spiritual encouragement and biblical guidance — it is not an emergency service, crisis line, or substitute for medical care.

If you are in immediate danger, feel like you might harm yourself or someone else, or you’re in a situation involving violence or abuse, please contact your local emergency number or local crisis resources right now.

Safety note: If you are considering self-harm or you feel out of control, please seek immediate, local help. You matter more than a webpage, and getting help is not a lack of faith.

What to include (so we can understand and pray clearly)

Keep it simple. You don’t have to write a novel. A few clear details help a lot:

  • What’s happening right now: the main situation or the main internal battle.
  • How it’s affecting you: fear, shame, anger, numbness, intrusive thoughts, exhaustion, etc.
  • What you want prayer for: peace, wisdom, protection, strength to obey, healing, clarity.
  • If relevant: what “lane” this fits (salvation, emotions, warfare, relationships, daily walk).

For privacy and safety (especially if you’re younger), it’s wise not to include sensitive personal details like full names, addresses, school/workplace information, or anything that could identify you publicly.

Send a message

Use the form below to share your prayer request or what you’re wrestling with. If you want a reply, include your email and check the reply box. If you only want prayer and no reply, that’s okay too.

Only include this if you’d like a reply. If you just want prayer, you can leave it blank.
Share what you’re facing and what you want prayer for. You don’t have to overshare to be heard.
How would you like this handled?
This message is meant to be handled with care. It’s not a marketing funnel. For details on privacy and site policies, see Privacy Policy and Terms.

You don’t have to make your words “church-perfect” to be received by God. Jesus already knows what you’re carrying — the fear, the shame, the questions, the anger, the confusion. Bringing it into the light is not weakness. It’s wisdom.

If you’re not sure what to write, start with one honest sentence: “Jesus, I need You here.” Then tell the truth about what “here” is.

If what you’re facing is more of a general question that could help others too, the best place to submit it is: Real Questions.

Important: If you are in immediate danger, feeling suicidal, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services right now. Getting help is not a lack of faith.

These are some of the most common battles that bring people to a “reach out” moment. If one of these matches your situation, it may bring clarity and peace while you wait and pray.
